On the Fewa lakeside, opposite Fish Tail Lodge. A two-storey traditional Chinese building with room for 150 at once — big enough for a tour group, quiet enough for two.

Morning
Breakfast is the short menu: congee, mantou, soy milk, youtiao, dumplings, noodles. The full wok menu starts at lunch.
Paying
Nepali rupees, Chinese yuan, Alipay, WeChat Pay. Taxes are included in every price on the menu, so the number you read is the number you pay. Free wifi throughout.
The kitchen
Chef Zhanjiang Song runs a Sichuan, Anhui, Hunan kitchen — dry pots, chilli oil, hand-pulled noodles — and takes the fish straight from Fewa.
